THE RISE OF OMEGA FORCE Chapter I FIRST ASSAULT ON THE WARP GRID The dark and monstrous Gridmaster writhed painfully as he manipulated the Warp Grid controls. For 150 years, he had inserted teensy tidbits of misinformation into books, television shows, and movies. Every control had a different warp center – the schools, the media, and the government. Pushing or pulling in just the right quantities, he had built an impenetrable grid. He started laughing, his dark mass quivering as his eye surveyed the warp grid’s output, a glowing tapestry of stolen souls. His master’s plan was being worked to perfection and his victims did not even realize it. “He alone would get credit from the Master, all the credit,” he thought. Suddenly, a shrill alarm rang. He whirled and shrieked, “Nooooo!” A tiny wrinkle was forming in the middle of his 150 yr old tapestry. The enemy was approaching.
