CANCELLED - Better - Study of Hebrews (women)
Mon, Mar 16th 6pm - 7:45pm
Worship Center

UPDATE - Due to the fact that class on Monday nights will be canceled as advised by the Governor of the state of Washington, we are going to try and have a virtual class on Facebook. **Each Monday starting MARCH 23rd we will post the video with a few questions to CRCC Monday night Bible study group. It will remain on the page for a week to view and then be removed. You will be encouraged to comment or ask questions on any topic that is related to that week’s study. If the answer that you get doesn’t resolve your question, then anyone in this class can instant message or personally contact that person about the question. Otherwise we will try and keep our posts general to the topics of the week covered. This way even though we’re isolated we can still communicate and be encouraged by God‘s word. **We also want a place for prayer requests. We live in an exciting time when alternatives are challenging but yet the outcome will be uplifting. If you have any questions about this please post or contact Starla Horwath or Nancy Hartwig personally and we will try and see how we can work this out for the best. Thank you for participating. In this verse-by-verse study of the Book of Hebrews, Jen Wilkin explores how God "provided something better for us" in the person of Jesus Christ (Heb. 11:40). Through stories of Old Testament heroes and practices, the author of Hebrews demonstrates how the new covenant is superior to the old and how Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of every promise. Explore familiar verses in context of the entire Bible, learning how to place your hope and faith in Christ alone. (10 sessions)
